Woodlands Castle is a privately owned wedding venue in Taunton, also offering function and meeting rooms that can be hired individually or exclusively depending on the event. We are situated in 12 acres of private grounds surround by woodland making the house a secluded haven; yet we are just minutes from Taunton Town Centre and sit on junction 25 of the M5, providing a central meeting point between Exeter and Bristol.

We can cater for all kinds of events from conferences and receptions to weddings, BBQ’s and parties.

We have a friendly and flexible approach and with our own catering team we can help create your event to match your actual requirements.

Woodlands Castle is an eco-friendly green venue, we have a stringent recycling policy, energy saving lightbulbs, we try to be as paperless as possible in our booking proceedures and we source everything we use from local providers cutting down on carbon emissions
